About Us
Attorney Matt Hendley
Attorney Hendley hails from the lovely area of Cincinnati, Ohio. He served in the United States Army for 14 years, where he served as an Infantryman and later as an Air Defense Officer. He received his honorable discharge in 2019. Attorney Hendley received his undergraduate degree in history from Ohio University in 2008, a Masters in Social Science from Eastern Michigan University, and he earned his J.D. at North Carolina Central University.
Besides making sure justice is served by defending his clients, Attorney Hendley enjoys baseball, football, and reading. He strives to zealously represent every client to reach the best possible outcome. Finally, and most importantly, he takes a dogmatic approach to upholding the United States Constitution even in the face of adversity and threats.
Paralegal Jennifer Makoczy
Jennifer Makoczy is the paralegal to Hendley Law Firm. She hails from the great state of New Jersey where she lived for 22 years, moving down to NC in 2008. She has her associates degree in paralegal studies from an online school and her bachelors degree from Campbell University in criminal justice administration. She graduated both schools early, with high honors. In her off time, she enjoys traveling, the MLB, and water sports.
